hi all bought a 2009 caliber (new 2yrs ago) All this started AFTER the dealership replaced the front struts under warranty. The next day this noise started, car went back in the dealership found a "faulty struct on the driver side" (B.S.) and replaced the strut ONCE AGAIN. there is a clicking sound under light braking that seems to be with the same speed of the wheel under 20mph. its coming from the font end. I thought maybe a any rattle clip was removed in the caliper, nope there are all there. A brake inspection came up with nothing other than a $42 bill and i have 65&-75% breaks left.
Under "normal or heavy breaking there is no noise. The noise is loud enough that when coming up to a red light the other drivers look around / at me LOL. but after 3 FULL DAYS at the dealership they can not find a thing I' about to :wedgie::whackit: the dealership at this point they MADE the problem but can't find it after 3 days really !!!!

any advice would be great
