Anyone have any opinions or info on Kelly tires? Wear, durability etc...

I've found them cheaper then the goodyears, but if the product is junk then I wont bother.

Also im running the stock goodyears 275/60/20 and wondering how either a 285/50/20 or a 275/55/20 would do on the truck with no changes to the stock height?
Other then having to adjust the speedo that is.

Thanks

I have Kelly Chargers on my 85 mustang gt. They are 255/40/17s. One 17x9F and 17x10R. They have been on the car for 2 years and have been through many many burnouts and hard spinning launches. Still running strong. I personally have had great luck with em.

I also use to drive it to work (housing const. sites) and got many nails in the tread. Most of the time they didnt puncture in long enough to cause any air loss. A couple were patched and I still have no issues.

Good Luck.

I have heard numerous stories of people telling me that when they get about halfway worn the thread turns hard and become's out-of-round. Those were in the truck tires. I have no first hand experience with them just what I heard.
