Has anyone installed or had any experience with this push button start?

They claim they are heavy duty and are high quality built.

They also say they will fit right into the existing cigarette lighter.

I found them on eBay for about $40, shipped.

Any information would be great.

cmns2500,

I did do a search on this subject and read ALL the threads on this.

If you READ my question it is weather anyone has used this brand or have any information on it.

Thanks

Thanks for the link to moes.

I have looked at the SRT-10 button and the ignited buttons. I like the ignited buttons more but this one seams to be better quality. Because of this I just ordered one off of eBay.

I will try and post some pictures and review of it once I get it installed.

Thanks again for the comments and help.

Haven't seen/heard of this brand either. I had the ignited though and there was nothing wrong with it and didn't feel as though it were an inferior piece of equipment that would just stop working.

I bought that same button, via summit racing for $30, but I still have not installed it yet. I don't think I will have any issues w/getting it wired in, just have to get around to it.

I use Keep It Clean for my relays on my HID harnesses. As for the push button start not sure.

Can someone explain why you would want to change to a push button start? You still have to turn the key to run position, then push the start button, right? It seems like just an extra step to start the engine.
