My w250 started to overheat a few months ago so I replaced the water pump and can clutch, yada yada yada.
Still overheated.
Figured it was the head gasket so it's now rebuilt, everything internally is new with the exception of the pistons.... The engine has less than 80,000 miles on it.
The rebuild went good, cleaned everything up and put it all back together And got it back in the truck and it sounds beautiful!
Then yesterday as I was setting the timing, all of a sudden the radiator was like old faithful, water come shooting up out of the radiator. I figured maybe an air pocket, so I cooled it down refilled it and triex again it happens again, 3 more times!! Any ideas would be great... Please HELP ME!!
