I just received the headers that I bought for my truck. One of the tubes has a good size dent in it. I can feel the dent on the inside of the tube and can also see it when I look down the tube where they all are connected. I attached a pic, it's not a good pic. Should I worry about this dent affecting my performance or keep complaing to the company to see if I can get a new set? Any other suggestions?

They may have to put the dent there due to the way the bend has to go. I see it is at the welded spot in the tube. You should still call the company and complain. See if you can get a set without the restriction.

Company should replace, that is partially restricting the exhaust flow. Well that is how it looks to me, I don't think you should have a dent like that for a bent tube.

And there is a weld right over it... weird...

I was looking at it very closely yesterday and it looks like they put a dent in it for clearance to fit the bolts. I e-mailed the company yesterday so I'll see what they say.
V10Sport or anyone else that has headers, did your headers for your truck have a dent in it for clearance for any bolts?
