Just purchased my 1st new Ram. Looks like a great site with a lot of info that I most certainly will use. I've had mopars in the past from the 60s, but this is my 1st modern one, hell my 1st new vehicle.

It's an 04 Ram Hemi GTX, Plum Crazy Purple.

My first mod: Alarm, since someone already tried to break in on the 3rd day.
The factory EVSII system was recommended. Wadda y'all think?

:tup: NICE truck! That's the first GTX I've seen in Plum Crazy (the rest were orange or yellow...)

I think the factory "Sentry Key" system does a lot to prevent someone from hotwiring the truck or starting it with a bogus key....... however, I'd recommend a good aftermarket alarm in addition to it. Can't be too careful with a truck like that!
