[98QuadCabV10]

Is the dash and door panels made out of plastic or vinyl on a 98 Ram? I was told it is vinyl but to me it feels like plastic. Need to find out so I can buy the right type of paint.

I bought abs adhesion promoter and it worked great on all the black abs parts. It screwed up big time on the vinyl overhead and airbag control cover. Both parts got a whitish marble look and cracked badly. Had to clean them off and resand to get the cracking out.
I just used a regular auto primer and they turned out fine.
