I have a 01 24v 6spd, i have the hypertech programmer. I also have the in tank lift pump from dodge. Does anyone have it with mods and how does it handle. I bought the truck and had a bad fuel gauge, and me being the dodge tech threw in the intank thinking it would be fine not doin research first about putting mods on. Any advice would be great

I bought that intank conversion kit and it didn't hold up to just my juice w/attitude. Your better off to just go get a fass kit.

I still have the stock block mounted pump but need to replace it. The truck is falling on its face at about 2200 rpm. I have a friend that did the in tank thing and it lasted a little longer than the block pump, but he eventually bought the FASS. Another friend went straight to the FASS and a third tried a different after market pump before he spent the money on the FASS anyway. My recommendation... yeah, go with the FASS.

Yea The Fass is awesome, im glad I went with it. My dad has a Walbrow on his 04 CTD, other than its quiter and much smaller than mine it gets the job done. My 2 cents
