My 2001 Dodge Ram 5.2 L shows a trouble code that says there is a problem with the Ignition Control Module memory. Anyone else had this problem? What is the fix, replace the ICM? If so, is it hard to do and what does a new module cost? Thanks.

Code

The first Autozone I took it to said it was showing a Ignition Control Module Memory code. I just took it to a different Autozone and he gave me a code of P0-601. He said it was an Internal Memory Error. I have seen this code described as Internal Fault Internal Controller Failure and Powertrain Control Module Failure on sites that show the meaning of trouble codes. I guess the PCM needs replacing. About what should that cost on average?
