more fuel more combustion more power ?

At first it will run richer.But after about 20 key cycles the computer should fix that.The O2 sensor will see a constant over rich Fuel map.

Higher psi injectors and fuel pressure= More HP ?

or does the computor balances things out ?

from my fairly basic knowledge of the fuel injection/engine management systems, If you are going to flow more fuel through the injectors, by what ever means, you will have to increase the volume of air in the cylinders.

Otherwise, you have a rich situation which the engine management system will try to correct

I understand that the aftermarket chip manufacturers claim they can coax more power out of the engine with one of their chips and that may well be so

but I suspect simply boosting the fuel pressure will not cause any significant increase in power and I also suspect you will cause yourself more grief than horsepower

Simple physics! If you add more fuel, you need to add more air to maintain the required air/fuel mixture. The pcm cannot add more air. Got it now?
