if i put a 3 inch coil spacer and a new 3 inch lift coil will it lift it about 6 inches in the front???? if so i think i am gonna do that with either a shackle lift and block or just a block, but only if that works

Just get a pair of blocks. You'll need new U bolts too. 3" blocks should make it sit pretty level. I didn't like the extended shackles on my Scout.
