Pics aren't the best but I did this after work this evening. Painted the trim for the window/lock controls, trim around locks itself, and door handles all silver. If you'll notice there is one hole drilled in the door handle. Couldn't decide whether or not to do the whole thing yet.

I wouldn't have drilled the handle out myself, as I don't care for the look all that much. But now that you started....you may as well finish it.

Why not get a sharpie to fill the hole? Get the idea of what it'd look like then.

That's a smart idea. I guess it's easier to clean off the ink than refill the hole.

The bezel around the radio is pretty easy. There is one screw located in the "trash bag" hook. Then just pull evenly around the edges, pops right off. The pieces around the cruise control buttons are a pain in the ass. There are two screws (torx I believe) that need to be removed from the back side of the steering wheel. then the plastic cover comes off the center. After that, you need to remove the airbag, in which youll find two more screws that hold each of the cruise control button covers on.

I know how to remove the entire radio bezel, i'm talking about the piece that you have painted silver. Does it seperate from the big piece?

Oh, now I see what your talking about, sorry man. No, that piece doesnt seperate from the rest of the bezel. I just bought some blue painters tape and taped everything else off. I did about 2 coats of adhesion promoter, 2 base coats, 3 coats of paint, and about 6 coats of clear acrylic.

It separates. :D I did a write up on how to do it. Thats how I installed my Laramie Bezel on my dash. Brian aka Slammed1 was selling them for a while, till suplies ran out. I'll see if I can dig up the write up.
