I have a Hypertech Power Programmer III

Wouldnt you think it should come with a Warranty card and instructions on how to use it

I just got one from Jegs tonight and was going read the features
No book No card NOTHING

Closer inspection

It looks USED
Not REAL happy
The case has a few scratches on it,The cable has grease on it

yep - it's used. My box from Summit came with books, warranty card, etc. There's step by step instructions in the book.

Call JEGS they will replace for free. They have always been very fair whenever I've had any issues with parts.

I called them

They are sending out a call tag
Now I have to wait on it,Send it back,WAIT for the new one to showup

These places don't seem to realize that even though they're replacing it, it's a damn HASSLE. Chances are, next time we order, we're going to remember the hassle - not the fact that after a month, we finally got the correct product. If they were smart, they'd be doing something to make us not mind the hassle so much (discount or something).

I called JEGS

On its way is a NEW PPIII
They wanted to wait for a call tag
Have me ship it to them
Wait for the new one to come back,More like a couple weeks

I told them I wanted a new one Shipped and IF I didnt send the old one back,Charge my account for second one,Dont like having to WAIT for something Paid for and Hasnt shipped

Just LOOKING for CUSTOMER SERVICE…

We are Why they have a job RIGHT
