I just bought my first Dodge ... can you tell me are all Homelinks for Dodge universal ? ... if I see one on ebay for any dodge vehicles can it also fit my 2006 ram ? or does it have to be strictly for the ram ? if so ...can you give me the models and years that will fit a 2006 ram... also do you have part number for it ? ...and if i get one ...can I hook it up and it will work... or do I have to buy anything else like a adapter to get it to work ?Thank you for your help in advance

I would suggest calling Homelink ...... I have had experiance with there tech support and they might be able to help you better.
I would think it is 06 Ram specific but not 100% sure on this ..... the only thing the homelink does is save your remotes for say a garage door opener or a gate entry system that has a transmitter to open it.
