Hi Fellas , I have searched on here and else where but I cannot get a good answer. Ever talked to counter jockeys at auto parts stores. What I have is this, upon a cold start the engine will rev up to 2500 to 2800 RPMS then settle down to 750 or so. On a warm start it will go to 2000 or so. I have changed the air temp sensor, ceaned the "throttle body" done a hard reset and do the gas peddle thing. I have no air or vacuum leaks. Any ideas ???

The PCM controls idle rpm through the idle air control valve, aka idle air controller. Common problem and lots of videos.

Its a 2004 RAM 1500 4x4 with the HEMI. Please correct me if I'm wrong ,but I thought that it did not have a IAC. If it does please tell me where it is. any help is much appreciated.

It's integrated into the throttle body itself. Non-serviceable.

SO I'm guessing that I have to replace the throttle body.......dang...
