have you checked with the Fastman yet ?

 

I e-mailed Fastman a while ago, and he stated that the HEMI throttle leaves very little to be improved upon. Those are his words too. He said that he could do it, but it would more or less a waste of time and (your) money.

Best bet is to leave it alone from what I gather.

P.S. That was over a year ago when I e-mailed him about it, and things may have changed. Go to his web site and contact him. He would be the best person to tell you.

anyone know the size of the stock TB on the Hemis??

 

80mm. I talked to F&B about this and they said they bored one out to 84mm and saw NO improvement. The PCM and throttle by wire setup just closes the throttle blade more to make up for extra air. (What F&B said) The 80mm is big enough for a engine with bolt ons. But a Supercharged or Turboed Hemi could use a bigger one.

I think I will get my old mill ******* file out and widdle away on the throttle body of my 04 Hemi. LOL with the headers and nitrous it should make it go fast LOL NOT
