Help! Need location of 99 Caravan Radiator relay

According to the service manual for a '99 The solid state fan relay is attached to the left frame rail near the lower radiator support. The relay bracket, and fastener are used to dissipate heat from the relay, which is the same spot as my '98. you need to get underneath the van to see it properly
