Help: Measure after leveling kit on 2500

I had some skyjacker 2" (#D25) leveling coil springs put on my Megacab 2500 CTD and I think they put the wrong springs on. Skyjacker also makes 4.5" spring (#D45) and I think that's what they put on, shop denies it.
The space from the top of my 33's to the fender on the rear is 11". Before the springs in the front the gap was 9.25". Now after the coil spring leveling kit the front gap is 13". So it looks like the front is 1.5 - 2" higher now. The shop tells me they will settle in...but 2", I don't think so.
Can someone measure the gap on their 2500 after a leveling kit with stock or 33" tires, front and rear?
