I have a 2005 QC. What would be a cheap/free way to drop it.
Thanks.

1) cut coils (1 round) and and rear leaf clamps...less than $20.00 if you do it yourself for a 2/2 drop (approx)..but the ride will be a little stiff

2) cut coils and rear shackles ($50-$70) 2/2 drop (no bounce) or 2/3 if you use clamps also

3) cut coils and flip kit (~$175.00) 2/4 drop

hope this helps...

ooo...you mean bringin the rear down...the right way is shackles...it comes down btween 1.5" to 2"...the cheap way is spring clamps or overload spring removal...

A cheap way of leveling the rear is to buy some drop shackles off Brian (slammed1.com/contact) and remove the overload spring. There is a "How-To" on removing the overload spring. Just do a search for it in the sport or interior/exterior forum. This will typically give you close to a 3" drop and pretty much bring you level.
