3 torx screws and a yank.

Clip? You mean the wire pigtail to the lights? That has enough slack to diconnect after the yank. As for the screws, there are two very visable under the grill and one underneath toward the outside. Be sure not to scratch your bumper cover if your sport. After removing these three I just yanked on it until it came off in my hands. Then I diconected the wire. I used the bulbs provided so I can't help with that.
