This has been happening for about a year on a 97 Voyger . When I turn on the headlights it takes several seconds for the lights to come on. At first it was about 1 second . Now it's about 4 or 5 seconds. Does anyone have an idea on where the problem might be ?

Shot in the dark - the relay might be sticky.

I guess I could try cleaning it with some contact cleaner. I'll give it a go , thanks
