Shit. You can't beat $150.

Have you emailed the guy and asked anything about the headers?

Would these be considered mid-length?
They look a little too long to bolt up to the Cats.

Anyone know how much it costs to coat a set of headers like that?

I sent the seller an email asking if the headers had been test fitted . . .

Yes, they have been fitted and do bolt up with no clearance problems. They will however require you to modify the factory downpipes due to the length and have some flanges welded on to the factory pipes to make them a true bolt up. The headers are actually for an 03 model and have the 03 downpipes included, however, the upper manifold is the same on the 04 and up models. These headers are identical to the Doug Thorley setup. Thanks!

He is correct, Those are almost identical to the "Doug Thorley Tri-Y" headers.

Those would be considered "Mid Length" headers. Longer than Shorties, yet shorter than LTs.

Comparable to the Edelbrock TES series...

Contact JetHot and they can quote you coating them!

ive talked about these in quite a few threads in the last few weeks,

they look great in my opinion and you cant beat the price. i dont think you should spend money on getting them coated either unless you are just that type of person

There is a guy over on DTW that bought these, he liked them and took his truck to a dyno. I seem to remember he got 14ish RWHP out of them? I just remember he was pleased with them. I really wouldn't go the header wrap route, they can destroy the headers, you would be much better off to have them coated.....

I just spoke with the seller. his response is that these headers should be able to fit 4x4 models, you will just have to fab up or modify the down pipes (not the actually headers) so they do not hit the transfer case

Looks like a good cost effective option when it comes to headers.
