There is a huge selection of headers out there. Any small block Chrysler has the same bolt pattern. It would just be a matter of which ones will fit the truck. SInce typically trucks have more room. You are open to a wide range.

Incorrectomundo my friend..........There were two makers of long tubes for the 2nd Gen Ram now there is only one, Pacesetter. The other one S & S Headers designed ones using the Dakota as a template and thought since the Ram was bigger they would automatically fit..........WRONG.............Find me another off the shelf, which will fit the 2nd Gen Ram 360 Mag. and I will proclaim you the Great Oz of all mopars!!! You didn't think I was going to send you money did you ???

I didn't say they would fit perfectly but they will fit the motor and with a little modification you can make them fit :D

Depends on what you mean by a little. If you can bend tube and weld maybe. Anyhow if you can, S & S Headers (www.ssheaders.com) part no. 5610; the right side will fit a 2000 Ram without a problem, the left side needs major work to get by the frame rails. I know, I have them on my truck.

Could always just get the ones for 02 sensors and put a bung in them to cover up the hole and weld it if you want.

I think most come with caps for the O2 sensors anyways if the headers are coated so you just don't remove the cap.

Aren't the long tube headers off road only ? Do they even come with O2 sensors, usually the O2 is in the cat.

I'm curious now. Why would S&S and pacestter say that the long tube headers are for off road only?

Because they were never CARB or EPA certified. Don't worry, I have been running S&S longtubes for two years, along with a lot of other "off road" stuff and never thrown a code. Generally and mainly, the reason you throw a code is because your A/F mixture is out of wack. That is not only bad for the environment it is BAD for performance. If you tune it right, its amazing what you can get away with without throwing a code and being able to pass the EPA tests.....and you are not really cheating because you are efficiently burning the fuel; making HP and clean exhaust.

Also, becuase it is not a factory replacement. They do not bolt right up to the factory y pipe. Off-Road use means some assembly required
