So I have a 2000 Durango with the 4.7 . I took off the driver side head and replaced the head gasket . And when I put it back together the timing was off big time . It wouldn’t run at all . I tried setting it 4 different times and it will now run but won’t idle . Please help !!! How do you know if the one side is timed correctly ? I didn’t touch the passenger side of the engine ... is it even possible to set the timing on the one side without taking the whole front of the motor apart ???
