i was just wondering if there are any good tips for installing my halogen headlights....i accidently touched my last one while installing and of course is got oil on it and broke due to heat....is there any good "tricks" to make the install easier? the left headlight is a b*tch because its right behind the battery....HELP

I have never had any problem doing them.I always stand right in front of the truck.If you are having trouble just remove the battery.also you can use latex gloves.Hope this helps :IDEA:

i use neoprene gloves when ever i install any type of bulb.
they work great and are only about $5 for a box of 100.

Just be careful, I put some in barehanded, I took out the battery though.

Take the headlight assembly out. It's not too hard to do once you find the bolts and disconnects.
