Greetings from Hamburg / Germany!!

Hello, people! After long reading in your forum I now decided finally not to withhold from you my bad English longer :D .

For eight years I drive Corvette now. At present the C5. Now it becomes time for something large. For me only a black 1st Gen Durango is applicable.
SLT+ or rather still an R/T. Because of the brakes improved on a MY2003.

I want the Durango, just like the Corvette, predominantly to the fun to drive. Not for heavy area or for pulling large loads. I find it simple “geil”!

In Germany the D, especially an R/T, is unfortunately very rare (or should I say: Fortunately - like that is and remains something special). In any case ones I have so far no suitable found… However the Corvette must be sold before - thus time has for looking for.
A US import would be possibly interesting.
Only the power of the D is somewhat lean - calmly a little more could be. The “Autobahn” makes it possible ;) . I’m delicate by the Corvettes acceleration.

But there is some there with you in the states to make this heavy Boy running!!!

Greetings to all and SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH! I’m learning by doing!

Welcome (again) Boss :D

Your English is not bad - we just need to read it a little more carefully to get the real meaning. Glad to have you here - good luck finding a D to fit your needs.

Auf Wiedersehen für jetzt (I had to look up the spelling of that one :SPIN: )
Was kannst du mit ein Dodge in die enge Strassen von eine Grossstadt wie Hamburg? Schoene Gruesse aus die Niederlanden.

Looking over the other cars and hear in the close roads the powerful V8!

Those are less than 140 miles to Bösingfeld. Unfortunately I wasn't there ever.

Thanks to all for the greetings.
We will have much fun, I think!
I was stationed in Augsburg for 5 years (88 - 93) and was there when the wall came down ...

Guten tag! Welcome!
Welcome to DodgeTalk!
Hi!

Now the Corvette has been sold. I am very content with the obtained price. Over the last winter I concretized my Durango search:
It must be a 2003 R/T. Black. Best condition.
I possibly would import one to Germany but I think it will be hard to find.

Boss
