Grease Fittings

OK, how many grease fitting are on the Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 CTD. I found three no problem, I wanted to re-grease the chassis. I know there are more, I found a few, but no grease fittings, instead they have this little plastic cap, or what looks like a little plastic cap over the joint. I didn't want to remove them and break them, or find out that its not what it seems. Any ideas?
