Does anyone know if The Mileage Maxx Vortex Generator really work to better gas milage and better power?

Most of those things will do nothing for your gas mileage, if anything they'll reduce it. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and better gas mileage for $10 is one of those things.

junk...............actually tried one for five months or so.........my boss kept insisting that it would help..........for $20, i put one(or similar one) in.......absolutly no change over five months.......i've since taken it out and.......go ahead guess.......no change..........still get 10 ish going to work and back........15-16 on highway trips.........

It WAS true that tb spacers and vortex generators worked quite well on carburated motors......also throttle body injection..........anytime the fuel had to be held in suspension all the way down the intake tract the turbulance seemed to help..............with individual injectors right at the intake valve, it doesn't help at all.
