Here is some general / historical info on the Warrior and Li'L Red Express DAKOTA: FYI

L.E.R Industries created both the Warrior and Li'L Red Express Dakota's for Dodge. (They were created independently of the Chrysler Corporation.)

They were a spoof of the Li'L Red Express and the Warlock and were produced from 190 - 1993 at the L.E.R. Edwardsburg, MI Division.

There were between 150 and 200 units in both completed and uncompleted versions sold. In 1992, the truck could also be purchased with a V8.

You could buy this kit and do the conversion yourself. An instruction sheet shows the Dakota step side bed modification. The bed, decals and stacks could be ordered separately and could be assembled on your truck in about 8 hours .

The standard specifications were fiberglass fenders, and aluminum and steel cargo beds. They also came with tube rear bumpers.
