Here is some general / historical info on the Macho Power Wagon: FYI

One of the toughest "Adult toys" sold by Dodge was the W-150 Macho Power Wagon. It was a rugged 4x4 pickup with a Swept-line cargo box.

The Macho Power Wagon was available in both the 115" OR 131" wheelbase, which made it popular with both the beach crowd or the four wheeling crowd.

The truck was dressed out with a black hood and tailgate, black painted front and rear bumpers, black spoke wheels, two tone paint, pin striping, and a factory roll bar.

The tailgate was painted with large contrasting lettering, spelling out "POWER WAGON" and also had bold "4X4" graphics.
