Hey guys,
recently over the past few weeks i've been having a vibration problem with what seems like the front of the truck. at first it was only when i was going about 55-70 mph but then it got worse almost all the time when i was going over 30 mph. on the gas, off the gas, but not heavy accel. i replaced the rear u-joints over a year ago so i figured it wasn't them. so i took out the front drive shaft today and it seemed to eliminate about 80% of the vibrations. i have an 04 2500 ctd QC 4x4. my front shaft has three joints. one cv with two traditional u joints right by the xfer case and one down by the diff case. the two up by the xfer case have snap rings in them and the one down by the diff case has nothing. is there sapposed to be snap rings in the u joint by the front diff case or is it held in there in a different way? also is there a diagram that i can see with part numbers and stuff? if its a special part is there a certian place that stocks it? thanks for your help.

let me know if you got any questions.
