01 dually 4*4.the dude i got my truck from use to put a camper in the back.so he added extra springs.when i took it home it sat like it had air shocks blown all the way up.so i had a shop put a 3in frontend lift on now when going backward real slow and hit the brakes it clunks are my holes oblong now?just the lower bars were changed on the 4 link.how to fix?

That sounds like your upper control arms have bushing issues. Just get under your truck with a pry bar and see if you can't get something to move thats not suppose to.
