im in a local christian car club and one of my friends in the club just bought a supercharger for his 2002 1500. its 2wd, reg cab, and only has the 4.8. he says its not stock now but i know he just has ordered a hypertech programmer and the exhaust is quiet so he hasnt done much. i told him once he has it on and i get a few more bolt ons we will have to take em to the dyno and see who makes higher numbers and im sure a trip to the track would be in order also. im sure he will be running 8 psi at best because he wont have an intercooler. and by a few more bolt ons for me, i mean SCT, a big cam, e-fan, and an edge 2600 trq converter. i think i will hurt his feelings on the dyno

It will probably be close. I assume you mean he has the 4.7L so he could be making 375hp or so at the motor with that setup.

Don't be surprised when you see the numbers some of those boosted 4.8s can put down.
