f150 inline 6?

my buddy wants to drop chains with ole grey...im pretty sure he'd pull me because the stroke on those I 6's is pretty big right? like 4"?

anyways i think he will pull me but im not the kinda guy that backs down so...should i run out and get new tires and LT headers? lol?

anything else thatd help?

Yeah, i think i might be able to pull him..stock v stock...ill just wait till he loses traction (he isn't patient)...then ill pull

What engine you got? You need to find you some slicks and heat them up right before :D Unless of course you're pulling in the dirt.

im sure we will be pulling in grass lol...his stock tires wont grab as much as mine:gr_patrio....i only have the 318 ( tired of people making fun of a 318 in a 250 lol)

FYI: The 300 ford 6 has a 3.98" stroke, the 240 is 3.18". Both are 4" bore. Chilton lists the ford 240 with 234 ft-lbs@2200 rpm and 150hp, the 300 with 284 ft-lbs@2000 rpm, 170 hp. The 318 Dodge with 322 ft-lbs@2800 rpm, 212hp... These are '67-'71 years. (These are gross ratings in these years.)

well i pulled him 2 out of 3 times...he wants to hook up again though...he says it wasnt fair because he couldnt use 4x4...but whatever i pulled him...

haha thats what i told him...but at least it aint a chevy...i probly could have pulled a chevy if it was in 4x4...they are always stucklol
