I have a 2004 Hemi Ram. Later this year Zeus (my Ram) will be getting a makeover. I have an Arrington Performance (Hate them) 410 cu in (6.7ltr) Hemi that I expect to push out well over 600 horses.

Currently the exhaust is Doug's Headers, stock mid-pipes, and a Gibson Extreme "dual" cat-back exhaust system. I would like to use the biggest long tube headers I can find while enlarging the mid-pipe and convertors to three inches. I'll be using my current cat-back. Does anyone with a heavily modified (yet still street legal) Ram have any advice based on experience?

I need to use all premium pieces. I understand you get what you pay for. I wanna use stainless steel only if I can. Currently I live in Missouri where rust is a reality, so no aluminized! I appreciate your time.

I think you pretty much answered your own questions...out here in Cali we don't get rust so my aluminized piping is lasting a long long time. I run 3" piping throughout beginning from the 3" pacesetter lt headers. I have it dualed all the way thru my muffler which as a single 3 1/2" outlet rear (internal Y in the muffler). I have a H welded in where the Y normally would be as well.
