Is there a way to get the trouble codes out by using a sequence of ignition switch on and off's like the 2nd generation trucks? I dred wasting my time at the dealer.

It works for some... The ones who do it right ya know.. I had my "engine light" come one a few days back. Just take it to Autozone and they will hook it up for free and tell what code it is receiving... If you need help looking it up, just post it on here and I will let you know what that code means...
