Yes that is normal. It is HEMI orange.
Engine Cover
I picked up my TORRED Charger last night. I got home and I noticed that the middle piece on the engine cover is orange, not red like the rest of the car. Is that normal? Or should it be red?

I think you get the HEMI orange cover if you get the Daytona. The regular RT gets the plain grey/silver cover.
All Daytona's have the Hemi Orange engine shroud. It's part of the package -- along with the graphics, flat black spoiler, etc.
