red goes to power... black goes to ground or negative... then the other wires go to the cut out

Does anyone have any instructions or wiring diagrams for installing a dmh electric cut out? i want to do the switch in the cubby.

i have mine going straight to positive
your switch will just stay on. you wouldnt want to do that if you were wiring up something like a gauge or nitrous.utfan4lyf24 said:i have mine going straight to positive
red must go to an ignited 12 volt like hemiramon22s said...cigarette lighter is the easiest.
could i bring all my other bull crap to that... or maybe my amp?
