My 2004 caravan has a heat issue. Sometimes it is will blow warm on the drivers side and cold on the passenger side. Sometimes vice versa. Also the heat will sometimes fade away all together. The coolant level is fine. My instinct is that there is a problem with the climate control panel. Am I way off here?
