I want to take the fabric inserts off my door panels and put in some suede inserts. It looks like they're held on by some plastic things on the inside of the door panel. Does anyone have any tips on how to get those out and what to replace them with?

Just pull it off, somewhat hard, but not too hard. I slightly broke one clip, but it still stays in place.
