Hey my girlfriend has a dodge neon BP edition.. not much special about it tho. but what I want to know is

I'm not 100% sure, but I do know that DC had a partner named Ballard Power systems

"The F-Cell is a reflection of DaimlerChrysler's leadership in fuel cell technology. My neighbor has a 1st Gen Neon that has "AFX" on it.

I've never heard of BP edition either.

Certainly not a factory designation in the States. Doesn't ring a bell on Canadian or other exports either.

Could have been a dealer promo package. The only true "special edition" Neon I can think of is the 1994.5 release of ACR's that were available to licensed SCCA drivers.

A lot of unscrupulous used car dealers do stuff like that - putting "sport" stickers on otherwise plain jane Highlines to jack the price up a bit.
