I have this van. during the summer the thing runs like a charm. but when the cold weather comes around it starts to act up. It wont shift into any gear until it is warmed up. and usally that is about 20 /30 min. then it will shift. I have replaced the fluids and the filter. I did have it read for codes, the mechanic told me it need speed up and down sensor. if anybody know where they are located i would appricated if you let me know.. But i dont think that the problem, the gentlemen told me i need a new trans. But I dont think I do. because once again when it warms up it shifts and run beatiful.... Any help with this woudl be appricated. thank you

Sensors are relatively cheap and I would replace then. I'm not familiar with your gen van so can't help you with location. Try looking at the library for a manual for your year van or buy one at the auto parts store or on-line.
