I have a question about the dodge emblem (or lack there of) on the tailgate of the 2005 Quad Cab. How come some have the dodge emblem on the left side of the tailgate and some do not. Is this yet another option?? :huh:

missing emblems is not a problem in my opinion just saves you the time when trying to pulll them off later.

If it's not there... I'd say it's not actually an 05.

Oh wait, you're talking about the letters DODGE, not the Ram Head... yea, that's something new on the 05s where it's not there. The only time something will be there, is if it's an HD.
