I have a 1988 Dodge Diplomat (aka, "The Chick Magnet").

While trying to diagnose a vacuum leak under the dash, the 7-port plastic connector which receives the vacuums lines from the engine started falling apart when i tried to disconnect it from the heater/ac control vacuum extension cable.

To date I have not found a replacement 7-port connector. Any ideas where I might be able to get one? Or do I just need to improvise and create individual lines now using generic vacuum hose parts from an auto store?

Also, does anyone know where I can get a routing diagram showing which colored hoses plug into which port? I have a pretty good idea where most of them go, but did not take a complete location inventory as I did not expect the connector port to deteriorate so quickly like that. :(
