Hello folks. I'm admittedly a bit of an amateur when it comes to automobiles and it's been a steep learning curve for the past month or so researching for my first car!
I finally settled on a CPO 2012 Dodge Charger SE (around 18,300 miles) and I'm getting a good price on it ($19,000 + registration/taxes = I assume the total would be around <$21,000).
Do you guys think this is a good enough deal. (I do!)
Anyways, I'm all set to buy this baby but there's been just one thought lurking in my mind. I've heard some not-so-great things about the longevity of Dodge vehicles in general. I don't plan to sell this car in the next 7 years or so. I know no one can predict the future but what's the general consensus. Do these cars usually last >7 years without giving too much trouble? I won't be driving a lot and I would guess my annual milage would be around 7000-8000 miles (at most).
Your views would be appreciated!
Best.
