I put 2" spacers in the front today.

Going to get 3" blocks from someone for the rear.

But i was just thinking about the rear shocks. Can i still use the stock ones?

Cant afford new shocks at the moment.

On the normal road it will be a little rougher. Any terrain where the suspension flexes there will be a chance that they will bottom out. So to answer, yes you should get new shocks. But if you just stay on the road in the meantime, you will probably just suffer from a bad ride.

I looked today.

There is 3" metal spacers in the back

The spacers also have a piece that sticks off them for the rubber bumber to hit.

Maybe ill just weld a 2" chunk of metal to the stock one.

All i want to do is lift it 2" for now just to have the rear a little higher then the front.

This is definatly a cheap 2" Lift

$20 For front procomp 2" spacers
$0 Spacers Install
$25 For longer U-Bolts
$0 Weld a 2" piece of metal onto stock spacers

$45 Bucks Total

A 3" lift kit is $1000 (Better of course)

Hmmm $45.....$1000.....$45......$1000

I ll do the $45 for now...

This pic is with the 2" front levelers only. Will post an after pic if anyone wants to see with 2" added in the back

Pic doesnt look as high as it really is
