Hello, I have a 2013 Ram 3500 CC, DRW, 6.7, G56 With a nasty rattle sound at shutdown. I thought it was the DMF because I already had it replaced for this noise at 10k mi, now with 22k its back (it never went completely away) brought it to the dealer had it replaced again and still nasty noise, the dealer the areas factory master tech (LOL) and I was told I just need to drive it and accept the noise. Now I disagree with that cause a spent 50k + for my truck that I don't trust cause of the noise & now I don't know what to do ??? I contacted ram directly and in typical big corporation fashion I was told we will get back to you. ya I will hold my breath, So as of now I have a giant paperweight and I need some help Please, any ideas ?

I don't know if I would call it a giant paperweight but I get your point. Dodge is actually really good at being involved and if it gets escalated to a STAR Case you will get some good traction there.

Be persistent and be nice when dealing with them.
