2000 Ram Van B2500 - can't get the distributor cap off, I think it's stuck. Any suggestions? Thanks

Take the screws out.

Sometimes if you put an oil filter wrench over the distributor cap, you can use it to get a good grip and give it a twist and break it loose. You might have to flip it over a couple of times and work it in both directions.
