The D series is two wheel drive and the W is four W. D. I think that year had throttle body injection. Looks like a carb but has two injectors in it. :gr_patrio
Difference D-150 & W-150
what is the actual difference between the D150 and the W-150? Also I see where a 92 had fuel injection, I have a 92 that does not have FI. Just bought this about 9 months ago and love it. Dont care for the auto and would much rather had a manual shift.

In '92 the 5.2L (318) Magnum engine came out with multi-port injection, but the 5.9L (360) was still the old LA engine with throttle-body injection. '93 would see the 5.9L Magnum engine come out.
