Is there a way to reprogram the Transmission Control Module for the 4-speed Auto's? Reason why i'm saying this because i think i may need it. My truck's shifting is slow and 4th gear comes too early, occasionaly at slow speeds it'll get stuck inbetween 3-4 shifting that you'll feel a slight thud when the gear finally engages. Other than that it shifts fine and holds the gears with no problem.
I checked the fluid last week to see if it was low and it was at normal operating range. I was thinking either mechanical (TSB on cracked tranny filters maybe?) or electrical (I can hear a solenoid buzz when shifting from park to reverse or drive. Need to know before i waste my time going to the dealer for nothing.
